P8S™

P8S™ combines premium paint protection with a refined satin finish, transforming factory gloss paint into a smooth, OEM-style appearance while adding a durable 8 mil protective barrier over the surface. At its core is Lubrizol® aliphatic TPU, selected for its flexibility, optical consistency, impact resistance, and long-term resistance to yellowing. The TPU layer helps absorb rock strikes, resist scratches and abrasion, and protect the original paint from road debris, staining, and everyday wear while remaining flexible enough to conform cleanly around complex body panels.

P8S™ is bonded with an Ashland® pressure-sensitive adhesive system engineered for a secure, uniform bond without compromising the finish underneath. Its specially formulated 3+ year self-healing satin resin top coat creates the film’s smooth, low-reflection appearance while providing resistance to light scratches, swirl marks, contamination, oxidation, and environmental exposure. The flexible resin structure allows minor surface marks to relax and recover with heat while hydrophobic properties help water, dirt, and contaminants release more easily. The result is a consistent satin transformation with the same serious protection expected from the P8™ platform—premium Lubrizol® TPU, Ashland® adhesive, self-healing technology, and an entirely new finish without permanently altering the factory paint.
